Individual learner purchase terms

£99 for 365 days of access

These terms apply to the one-off Computing Covered individual learner purchase. They sit alongside your statutory consumer rights.

What you are buying

  • 365 days of individual access to the published Learn courses, Course Guide, Revision, Practice Lab and saved learner progress.
  • The standard price is £99 GBP, paid once through PayPal. If you apply a valid coupon, the reduced price is shown before you continue and recorded in your purchase confirmation.
  • This is not an automatically renewing subscription. A later renewal is a separate choice and payment.
  • If access is already active, the new 365 days are added after the current access end.

Who makes the purchase

The purchaser must be 18 or older. A parent or carer purchases and manages access for a learner under 18. The purchaser must provide an email address that can receive account and purchase messages.

Starting the service

At checkout you expressly ask Computing Covered to start the digital service as soon as PayPal confirms payment. Access is normally granted immediately after a completed capture. If confirmation is delayed, the verified PayPal webhook can complete access without asking you to pay again.

Cancellations, faults and refunds

Your statutory rights are not affected. For a cancellation or refund request, use the Contact page and include the payment reference. You can also email alex@computingcovered.com. Where a cancellation right applies and you asked for service to start during the cancellation period, a lawful proportionate deduction may apply for service already supplied. Faulty or misdescribed access will be handled in line with UK consumer law.

Fair use and availability

Access is for one learner and must not be shared. Deliberate abuse, unlawful use or attempts to bypass security may be suspended. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may occasionally affect availability; saved work and account access will be restored as soon as reasonably possible.
