Monthly and annual learner access

These terms apply to paid Computing Covered individual learner access and sit alongside your statutory consumer rights.

What you are buying

  • Monthly: £5.99 per month through PayPal. It renews monthly until cancelled.
  • Annual: £49.99 for 365 days, paid once through PayPal. It does not renew automatically.
  • Both plans include the published Learn courses, Course Guide, Revision, Practice Lab and saved learner progress.
  • A valid annual coupon can reduce the annual price shown before checkout. Coupons do not discount the monthly plan.

Purchaser

The purchaser must be 18 or older. A parent or carer can purchase access for a learner under 18 while the learner keeps their own account and progress.

Starting and ending access

  • The purchaser asks for the digital service to start as soon as PayPal confirms payment.
  • A monthly cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for.
  • An annual purchase normally adds 365 days after any current access end, so buying early does not lose paid time.
  • A failed, pending or mismatched payment does not grant new paid access.

Cancellations, faults and refunds

Statutory consumer rights are not affected. Contact alex@computingcovered.com with the PayPal reference for cancellation, refund or purchase help. Where a cancellation right applies and immediate service was requested, a lawful proportionate deduction may apply for service already supplied.

Fair use and availability

Access is for one learner and must not be shared. Deliberate abuse, unlawful use or attempts to bypass security may be suspended. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
