Free-trial terms

A trial ends without charging you

• The individual learner trial lasts 7 days from completed registration.
• No card is requested. A trial does not turn into paid access automatically.
• One free trial is available for each eligible learner.
• Students may create their own learner account. A parent or carer can securely complete payment for a learner under 18 while the learner keeps their own account.
• Access may be suspended for deliberate abuse, attempts to bypass security or unlawful use.

When the trial ends

The account can still sign in and choose monthly or annual access. Saved work remains in the account so the learner can continue after buying access, subject to the privacy notice.
